Welcome to Lansing Christian School's Chapel Site
The mission and ultimate goal of chapel at Lansing Christian School is to integrate into the academic setting a time to remind students and teachers that we are created to love and worship our Creator and Savior.
While all of life provides endless opportunities to worship Jesus Christ, in school the directed worship is consistently through academic study and performance. Chapel at LCS provides opportunity to pause in the morning and remind ourselves that we are primarily creatures who bear the image of God and are called to love Him with our heart, soul, mind and strength.
Chapel at LCS includes many elements, but a regular experience involves songs of worship, times of directed prayer, thoughts and probing questions from speakers, and participation in rituals and hands-on activities, all of which are geared towards humbling our hearts, satisfying our thirsty souls, and building our confidence that God is always at work for our good in all things.
